NFL this weekend... Wow!

Agreed.

Man, I love the Hawks, and I thought they would tank to the Bears.

But they really played their asses off, including #29 the Loan Officer brought in to play DB.

Congrats to them and a great season after going to the Superbowl.

It's been an awesome playoff so far. The only game that wasn't quite THAT great was Ravens vs. Colts but even that had its moments.

I agree. I thought the Saints - Eagles game was the best one played out of the four.

I'm a huge NFL fan and I love discussing football but we didn't need another thread. Please lock this and others now that we have the stickied ones.

3. TOO BAD! 😛
neither do I, but it's just fitting to have the Colts and Patriots face off in the AFC championship. I think that will be a bigger game than the superbowl.

1. Peyton looked terrible, but the Ravens offense looked worse.
2. The Colts defense looked awesome with Bob Sanders back.
3. I still don't know how the Pats won after allowing 100+ yards and 2TDs to LT.
4. I still don't know why the Eagles punted on 4th and 15 with less than 2 minutes to go.
5. Chicago and Seattle both looked mediocre compared the the AFC teams, especially the QBs.
6. I hope the Pats win another Super Bowl.

1-5 agree
6 Want to see Peyton get his first so we can stop the stupid comparisons to Marino.

The subject matter of this thread (discussing the Divisional round of the playoffs) don't really fit under either of the stickied Conference championship threads...

edit: Oh, and ****** the Pats.

I stepped away for like 5 real time minutes to get my son ready for bed and missed the Patriots come back. Oh well, at least they won. Perhaps I'll not watch the AFC and Superbowl games too. 😀

Agreed. They really stepped up and I, for one, am proud of them. If NO shows that much heart, I think they will trounce the bears.

I want to see the Pats go the Super Bowl so that they lose to the sAints.

Pats vs Saints in the Superbowl does look to be the most likely matchup. However, I think it goes without saying that no matter which of the top 4 AFC teams made it to the superbowl the would beat any team from the NFC. The Colts Pats game will be the one to determine the Champion, not the Superbowl, that will just be beat down like college NC game. Pretty much like the SEC chamipionship determiens the best college team and not the BCS national championship game no matter what anyone else wants to say 😛.
