I've asked this in a couple different forums. I've looked at every FAQ that DirecTV has published on the subject. I've been in chat with DirecTV customer service reps.
And it's still unclear.
For satellite TV subscribers to DirecTV, they offer two levels of the NFL Sunday Ticket football package: NFL Sunday Ticket and NFL Sunday Ticket MAX.
It's clear that NFL Sunday Ticket MAX includes the streaming of all Sunday afternoon NFL games, the same games carried on TV. But it's not clear whether the standard NFL Sunday Ticket package includes the same streaming of games. I've been told different things in just about every place I've asked. It's a 'Yes' or 'No' question, but apparently not a simple one.
The difference in subscription price between the two packages is about $100. DirecTV now also offers online streaming-only packages to qualified locations, but this question is not about those services.
