I didn't realize this was already out.
So, if there is a season you can see who your team will play, both home and away. Only the actual dates are unknown.

Pats:
Home: Kansas City Chiefs, San Diego Chargers, Indianapolis Colts, Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants

Away: Denver Broncos, Oakland Raiders, Pittsburgh Steelers, Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Redskins

(I omitted teams in their division since its already known they play them once home and away)

Those would not be the final schedules as there will be 18 games next year.

Yay Green Bay on the road. Maybe it will be in December. If my calculations are correct and the temperature keeps rising all year like it's done so far, it should be very pleasant outside then.

This is set well in advance. Once the final game is played, you know the whole league's schedule (except the dates, of course).

Every year, you play the teams in your division twice (6 games), one of the other entire divisions in your conference (4 games), one of the other entire divisions in the other conference (4 games) and the two (2) remaining teams in your conference that finished in the same position as you (1st place plays 1st place, 2nd plays 2nd, etc.).

You could probably find the "schedule" for 2012 online somewhere.
