I'm going to have to say you're blind ... I can see it just fine. 😕

Edit - WTF it's gone.

Whee! Censorship in a censorship thread!! Irony!.. or maybe just brassy. Bronzy?

😕 WTF, why would "go to P&N" be censored? It's in a lot on OT posts, some obviously belong in P&N, others are less political and more news related and stay in OT. I don't care about it as it provides a nicer place to talk.

Why was this post removed?

did someone say something about moderator bias toward conservative posters? no way...

What the hell is wrong with this country??

Nothing, this is the way the Religious Radical Right wants it and happy about it.

Shirley you must be happy too.
Wrong forum. You are lost, this is not P&N.

Wouldn't be the first - the NFL made Bud pull a commercial where a guy opened his beer on Janet Jackson's wardrobe from last year. He ripped the boob and "put it back" with tape. (It's on their website) It was absolutely hilarious.

link for the lazy?

I don't know what your talking about. <plausible deniability>

I despise it when people delete information. It removes all proof of an event, like someone's hiding something. If there are legit reasons for mods action, I'd rather it stay in the public so others don't do the same. The only good reason I see for deleting the record of a "bad event" is because there is no justification for it. But hey, if it doesn't exist it didn't happen... Sad.

That being said, it's not my call so life goes on...

Maybe mommy should tell billy about daddy's erectile dysfunction and his 30 hr erection after taking the pill. Nice job w/ the censorship.

That chick kinda looks like Aria Gionova (sp).

I must be Shirley.
I'm far from the religious radical anything, but I'm absolutely disgusted at the demoralization of society.
There's nothing wrong with decency. There's certainly nothing wrong with being demure or innocent.
Titties hanging out at the Super Bowl in front of four year old kids is wrong.
If you think it's right, you're about as fvcked up as a three dollar bill.
There's a venue for titties. It's called pornography. It's widely available for those that wish to see it. That's where Janet's boob belongs. Not in front of Grandmas, kids and other decent human beings that bargained for a footbal game, song and dance.
That said, I enjoyed Janet's titty. I've enjoyed it a number of times since it happened. It was still wrong. Wrong place, wrong time.

So in your opinion the only acceptable place for breasts is on porn sites ? That they don't belong among "decent human beings"

Does the word repressed mean anything to you ?

According to an article in last week's SI, the Bud ad was pulled because it did not show well in front of test audiences.

No, in my opinion, my mouth is an opportune place for breasts. Rubbing on my ears is another nice venue.
The Super Bowl is not the place. Hanging out at church is probably not the best choice. I'd rather not take my kids to Chucky Fvckin Cheese and see Janet's titty hanging out, either.
There's a time and place. On national TV at the Super Bowl sure as hell ain't it.

Nice.

If parents are so afraid of their children being exposed to sex (being evil and immoral) on TV, perhaps they shouldn't let their children watch TV so much and read a book or two instead, ie, The Bible and King James Bible. Yeah, there's no sex or violence in those two books at all.

What should I tell my wife to do with her breasts should we decide go into the public? Put them in her purse? The commercial wasn't bare breasts...

If your wife goes out with bare titties with tassles on them, yes, I'd suggest she puts them in her purse. I didn't have a problem with the godaddy commercial, aside from it being stupid and irrelevent.
I was bitching about Janet's act and the "religious right" comment.

Those EDS drug commercials are making me sick...I am tired of seeing those adds on TV.

Well the thread is about the godaddy commercial, so that's what it looks like your commenting on... Otherwise I wouldn't feed the "religious right" comment as it's so out of context I'm not even sure how Dave is applying it to FOX. I guess he's implying "they" are in on it too...

I'm with M4H.

The surprising thing about this commercial is, it's a terrible commercial. It doesn't reinforce any brand image, and unless I think about it a lot, I can't even remember the name of the site. But beyond that, the jumping around and dancing and such is just ridiculous. Seriously, why bother with a fvcking premise. It's like plot in porn... what's the point? Just cut to the case! Just have the same girl doing jumping jacks for 30 seconds with a closeup of her chest. What's the difference?

I'm about as liberal with that kind of stuff as it comes, but even I find it a little bothersome. Is it so wrong that we keep stuff like that off of TV? It's not like there's not PLENTY of access to porn if you want to see it.

I look at it like this: if a commercial is hot enough that I could use it as masturbatory material (GoDaddy.com commercial) or bothers me so much that I have to stop thinking about sex to avoid puking (Cialis), it's over the line.

I'm going to have to disagree with the effectiveness of the commercial. Last Friday while leaving work, I passed by a TV in the lobby of our building. I caught about 3 seconds of the commercial while walking by. I knew immediately it was a GoDaddy.com. I didn't watch the Super Bowl, but today I came online to look for the GoDaddy ad. I was going to head to GoDaddy.com, but knew I'd find it faster by coming here. Sure enough, I didn't even have to enter GoDaddy.com in the forum search as this thread was on the first page. And look, we're all talking about the commercial and have associated the name GoDaddy with it. Not to mention it's on the top of the list of every website talking about the Super Bowl ads. If that's not effective, I don't know what is.

On the subject of indecency, why is America so prudish about this stuff? I've spoken with Australians and Europeans who don't understand what the big deal was with the Janet Jackson incident. And I agree - her boob is hardly worth talking about.
