If the Titans lose then I’m going all in on Joe Burrow as the Divinity to get Cincy a Super Bowl.

Jimmy G is mediocre. He can look like he belongs from time to time. Tannehill has a clear ceiling and limits.
I think Tannerhill is pretty damm good, not everyone can be an Aaron Rodgers or Patrick Mahomes, most teams have to make due with just "good" vs superstar. Case in point, Trent fucking Dilfer has a SB ring, Dan Marino does not, the football Gods just don't care. Anyway, pretty good game so far, me thinks the Cincy "D" gets tired of seeing Burrow and Chase getting all the media love and attention and are showing us something today.

Nice opening drive by Cinci, kinda weird in that they've allowed 6 sacks so far but have had a good productive day out of the offense, now the pressure all shifts to Tenn, any more 3 and outs will only bring more pressure.

Tannehill is Walmart Derek Carr, and I already called Carr mediocre. I see Baker turning into a Tannehill. Play action QB who can't put a team on his back.

Forgive me, football lords, for I have sinned against the Lord and Savior, Lord Burrow by picking the Titans.

I shall now say "fuck the Titans" as my penance.

Your evaluating method is laughably bad, I guess if your not Brady or Rodgers your a "mediocre" QB, meanwhile Mr. "play action" drops a dime into Browns only open hand from 35yds out for an amazing score, could you look more stupid?, I think not.

Mediocre qbs have good moments by definition. They just have enough bad moments or limitations to limit an offense and team.

Trois picks.

And Macpherson kicks it through.

You were saying?

Funny but you have seen elite qb play for over 20 years.

The Titans really cost themselves this game with some serious bone-head play calls.

Agree, a bit of everything, the surprise to me was just how well the Bengals D played, the last tipped pass for the int was perfectly played.
Agreed. Bengals D read most of the Titans plays correctly. Henry was unable to get a massive run, and as a result the defense could reasonably predict when play action was coming.

Montana might no longer be the only "Joe Cool" in the future.

Burrow was sacked 9 times but never lost his poise or precision accuracy.

I BELIEVE.

Ball was on target, a great defensive play dislodged it and it became airborne, then picked. Not a "WTF was that" type of pass at all, just a great individual play. My point was simple, few QB's are "elite" and some middle of the road QB's have won SB's with a great D, a great ground game and solid special teams.

Tannefail sucks at throwing outs so Ds will key in on defending the middle of the field.

Burrow is really good but the Bengals didn't exactly light up the stadium.

All the Titans needed to be was competent and they win this game.

Could be a case of the extra week not helping for the Titans.... also did it seem to anyone else like TN played better on offense with Henry on the sidelines?
