Nfl.com keeps sending me spam messages

Since about May the nfl.com website has been sending me emails on a wide range of topics. I never signed up for anything related to their site and have emailed them numerous times asking them to stop sending the mail. Clicking the "remove me" link does nothing, as I have done that about 15 times now. It's the actual NFL.com site and their help desk has confirmed that they have found my account and removed it, yet new messages always show up?

What can I do?

I was hoping that since I have had multiple confirmations from them that I could use the spam laws to sue them in small claims court. Looking up how to do that is proving to be quite tricky. I was hoping someone one here has done that before.

Contact the FCC or FTC or whoever is fighting Spam for us.

I have the same problem with MLB.com. They needed an email to vote for the all star game. I used my junkmail email and i've tried the "remove me" link numerous times...have emailed them directly...nothing worked. Marked them as spam and now they go into my spam folder with all the other crap.
