NFL 2005

the 49ers sucked this year. its tough as a fan to say that but there. 3 inexperienced QBs and a helping of other problems made a 2-14 record. but could a couple good off season moves put them back up top?

remember the 2003 chargers compared to this years game winnin machine? big difference from last years laughing stock to playoffs in the tougher confrence.

gimme some opinions

well, it's going to take a few years, but they've got a new coach, soon to have a new GM, the #1 draft pick, and alot of young players and stars coming back from injury.

As the NFL has shown, any team can rise back up to the top. Hopefully under good management the Niners can get back to being competitive.

Injuries hurt us bad, but the personnel decisions were worse. Die TD. Unless we play the Cardinals 16 times next season, I don't see us going to the playoffs for another 2-3 years.

Finding a good GM, rebuilding the O-line, and transitioning to 3-4 should be our top priorities this year. I honestly hope we don't keep the #1, got too many holes to patch to waste the pick on someone that's not a clear-cut contributor.

What's funny is that the Niners' only wins both came against the same team, Arizona, and both wins were in overtime with a score of 31-28. That's how close they were to going 0-16, LOL.

They need like 8 1st round picks to even have a chance at competing next year.
