NF7-S Rev1.2 reporting weird FSB and memory speeds

I've got an Abit NF7-S rev1.2 board here. I'm trying to run an Athlon 750 at 5.0x166. Thing is, CPU-Z reports a FSB speed of about 60MHz and a 14.0x multiplier. Both the POST and CPU-Z report an effective memory speed of 140MHz, despite it being set to 200MHz in the BIOS.

What the heck gives here? Is the diagnostic software all crazy or have I successfully and unintentionally underclocked this motherboard?
