What are the major differences, I remember reading that only the Rev 2 board supports a 400Mhz FSB. Is it still worth it to have a Rev 1 board? What are the other differences. Would it still be possible to o/c a 2500+ -> 3200+ on a Rev 1?

Rev1 and 1.2 have older Nvidia chipsets and as shady06 stated, they have problems running@ 200FSB

Ver 1: Heatsink holes are missing, chipset is different, and the board cannot run Barton overclocked, not even to 200.

no. stay away from v1. definitely go v2 if you're doing any overclocking whatsoever.

Well I was going to buy a NF7-S for $60, but it's Rev 1.2. I'm not sure if I want to get this.
