NF7-s Bracket Question

Just about done putting together a NF7-S and Barton system but can't find anything in the manual, this forum or google as to how to hook up the USB/firewire bracket. It has (1) blue and (2) red connectors.

Any help?

just check to see what connector the cable goes to on the bracket end...then plug the other end into the appropriate header on the mobo...orientation is dictated by the missing pins

prob is there's 4 headers: USB1, USB2, J41 & J42.

manual says J41 & J42 are reserved for ABIT Media XP product, whatever that is.

so, 4 headers (or maybe just 2) and 3 connectors.

don't know what to do.

if i recall correctly, the usb has both plugs (2 cables) conencted to one header...that goes to anyone of your usb headers on the mobo. the firewire has one cable per plug and goes on the firewire header on the board. dont worry about the media ones. the usb1 and usb2 are two separate channels, so you could add another usb bracket if you wanted. you have to check the manual for where the firewire headers are located
