NF7-S 2.0 + 1700+ B, unknown 1100mHZ proc?

ok, ive set up my new rig (btw....no CD, old HD...)
1700+ B AX7 + TT SmartFan 2 (no coolmod)
NF7-S 2.0
Radeon 9500 Pro
there was some residual AS i couldn't get off (check my otehr post in CPu/overclocking)

now, when i go to boot this, i can get as far as seeing it say 1100mHz processor and DDR400, but after about 30s at that state, it just shuts down!

what's wrong with this?

Try setting your FSB to 133 and then reading the FAQs or your motherboard's manual. Then make sure the HSF is attached and reset your bios with battery or jumper.

What he said. And make sure your heatsink is seated correctly. Sometimes they are too far over to one side and sit up on the edge of the socket.
