NF650i MOBO with a E670 Intel CPU will it work?

Hi,

I have purcahsed the follow and wonder will they work together and the max speed of the mobo? I know that the 650 chipset will be the limiting factor but will it work at all or is this a bad combination?

Abit FATALITY FP-IN9 SLI Socket 775 NF650i DDR2 ATX

Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 2.66GHz 1333FSB Socket 775 4MB Cache Retail Boxed Processor

Yes this will work great. You will be running on the 1333 strap with the newest bios.

Your cpu may boot up with 8x266 for 2.13 ghz but will be changed when you update the bios.
