NF4 ULTRA-D - 2 GB Ballistix - Latencies - HELP!

I would like to find the best latencies for my 2GB Ballistix 3200
they are 4x512 sticks (I don´t want any OC, just stock with good timmings)

I know I can only run DDR400 at 2T - but i get error at Memtest #5
Now I´m runing DDR333 1-1-5 2T

Is it possible to run DDR400 2T or DDR333 1T ?
I´ve tried lots of settings with BIOS 310

Set it at DDR400 at 2-2-2-10, 2T, and boot into memtest86 to see if it works. Then run Prime95 "blend" test overnight. If you get any errors try 2.5-2-2, 3-2-2, and 2.5-3-3.
