NF4 + RAID = woe is me.

I hear it's hellacious trying to get RAID going on an NF4 ultra board. I read threads on other sites that suggest using NLite to slipstream drivers to your XP disk. I did this, but the process asks that you pull a particular file (nvatabus.inf) from the PATARAID folder of the NF4 chipset. Apparently the newest chipset package from NVIDIA (6.86) doesn't even have this folder, but I was able to locate a file by that name in the LEGACYfolder, and copied that one instead. Per the guide, I used SATARAID folder's contents as TEXTMODE install, and SATA_IDE folder as PNP install.

I've heard the big issue is that people get a BSOD when using the standard F6/floppy install because the drivers on the floppy aren't WHQL. Setup saw my striped array just fine, and I did NOT get a BSOD when booting to Windows.....however, none of my IDE drives show up (2 opticals, 1 HDD). Peculiar thing is that the only drive listed in My Computer (the array) is F:, rather than C. There are no other installs that I'm aware of, as I formatted the array in XP Setup after it was created. Device manager shows no other drives either. Anyone got any ideas? Did I leave a step out during the slipstreaming? I have no floppy drive so I need the easiest way to set up SATA RAID without a drive. Did using that INF from the Legacy folder mess things up?
