NF4 Network adapter not working

Just bought a new A8N-E mobo and everthing is fine with it except that the Network adapter does not work.

When trying to install it will say "The name is already in use as either a service name or a service display name"

When trying to UNinstall it it says: "Failed to uninstall the device. The device may be required to boot up the computer"

From what I've researched, it basically means I have an OLD registry value That needs to be be deleted (before the A8N-E, the HDD was running A7N8X-E mobo with dual lan).

I'm totally new to the whole registry thing if that is what I need to do then please walk me through it.

Please HELP

I had the same issue, you need to unistall your nvidia driver for your LAN card before moving your HDD to the new motherboard and performing the repair.
