Nf4 and Nf4 Ultra differences?

Is the only difference in nf4 and nf4 ultra the speed, or are there any other differences?

I'm looking at these two mobos. Couldn't find any specs. of K8NF-9 ...

Nforce 4 Ultra just includes more features and IIRC it support the 1000HT whereas the NF4 NU only goes to 800.

YOu could always check Anands review of Nforce 4 instead of posting a question we constantly answer.

the NU on socket 939 is still 1GHz HTT, it's just the 754 that is 800MHz. Other than that, the NU is pretty crippled if you're an enthusiast. SATA-II is gone, as are parts of the hardware firewall, and there is absolutely no overclocking permitted, as the motherboard is completely locked. Personally, I'd go with the Ultra.
