NF3 250 Pro (s940)... when?

I'm now looking at the viability of building an overclocking Opteron 14x system... and wonder if there'll be any more "enthusiast" s940 boards coming out, since I don't feel like getting either the NF3 150 Pro or K8T800...
 
The motherboard manufacturers aren't working on bringing anymore motherboards to market for the socket 940, except, of course, for server-based boards. They are all trying to get their socket 939 boards out, along with working all of the "kinks" out of them (say what you will, but it always happens). Since AMD is completely abandoning socket 940, except for the Opterons (server use, not desktop use), the motherboard manufacturers are going to follow suit.
