NF2 lanparty motherboard problems

I have recently build a new system:

dfi lanparty nf2 motherboard
amd athlon xp 2500+
OCZ pc 3200 2x256 ddr
120g SATA seagate harddrive
EVGA geforce fx 5600 ultra

The system ran fine for about 2 weeks and now it is not posting. The leds show the CMOS checksum error and sometimes other errors. I've tried removing the CMOS battery and jumper and I also removed all my video card and memory. At first it would post and startup into windows but crash soon after and now it doesn't post at all. Your help is much appreciated thanks

What brand and wattage power supply are you using? Can you test the CPU and Ram in another system?

I have thermal-take 360 watt power supply. I've tested different memory in the board but I still have the same problem.
Sometimes when I turn on the computer the leds just show all 4 lit and thats it. The book says thats final intialization but the leds don't show it running through the bios

As long as that TT PSU is working correctly it would seem it's time to RMA the board, but I'd still test the PSU to be certain.

I talked to anrgy games the dfi tech support person heres thinks it might be the bios chip and is going to send me another one. Thanks for your help

Outstanding! DFI and Chaintech are quickly climbing the list of boards I intend to base builds on. Both are demonstrating a strong desire to make sure their customers have a satisfying experience with their boards
