This is probably a dumb question but I bought a used Nexus 4 which I'm using on T-Mobile. I think its unlocked but is there a way to tell the difference between a Nexus 4 sold by Google, sold by T-Mobile, or sold by ATT ?

Its an 8gb and it works fine on T-Mobile prepay. Just curious if I can find out more about it.

I tried searching but I get way too many results to find what I'm looking for easily.

They are all unlocked but if you really want to be sure about it, you can insert a different network SIM card and try dialing ##782#

Or try this site -> http://imei.info/

They are all the same and are all unlocked. AT&T also doesn't offer the Nexus 4 only T-mobile and Google offer it. I wouldn't want it on AT&T as the HSPA is slower compared to T-mobile which also offers you ability to use LTE if you rooted it.

I have a Nexus 4 w/CyanogenMod 10.1 RC2 & LTE

Has battery life improved with CM 10.1? (Are you using the CM Stock kernel?)
