Sounds like it will charge via USB cable from various sources for $5 or less. As long as no issues with typical USB "chargers" like our stupid Nook that won't charge from anything normal, just keep a generic charger at work and car, and I am fine with "one day" out of the battery.

Same thing happened with my Exhibit II and CM10 so I'm rolling with the stock ROM for a while. It's a minimalist ROM anyway, no bloat like Samsung's.

The funny thing is that I setup my phone and my wife's at the same time with the same rom and her battery life is fine.

No battery life issues with mine or my wife's. Kept both stock (was running slimroms on my GN for the past year plus).

Got my phone today. A tiny bit larger than what I was expecting, but I like it. I had problems activating my Tmobile SIM card online for the $30/mo plan, so I had to call them (It went through the activation process and then wouldn't let me fill my account with a CC because it was requesting to check an autopay option that didn't exist on the page). He had to override the activation system, since it was supposed to be an online-only plan, but the CS rep got it working. A little trying that I had to call to get the problem fixed off the bat (not a good start Tmobile), but the rep was understandable and fixed the problem in a seemingly short amount of time (~40 minutes overall). I still need to move my number over from Verizon - I tried, but I think my parents gave me some wrong information about the account, so I have a temporary number on the Nexus for now.

If I get one, I plan on finding and using a "real" tmobile non franchise store for details.

There apparently is a glitch with the Wifi and the 4.3 update. It's widespread and I've experienced it too. Downstream is limited to 4Mbps without this fix. The fix shouldn't affect battery life but it requires rooting. JFYI

Wow, seems like that doesn't happen often, total sell out of old model prior to new one.

What spoke to me was its being unlocked with specs in between the Galaxy S3 and S4. I was trying to decide between those two when this deal came along and couldn't add to cart soon enough. It's little wonder they sold out. I'm used to the size already seems small and want a Note now LOL.

BTW for anyone interested the stock ROM does not run Carrier IQ which is nice.

man, had a huge scare last night. i spilt a whiskey and coke(makers mark and cola fwiw) while laying on the couch. a few drops got on the handset speaker. it stopped working and i was livid. ran down to the grocery store and got a big ass bag of rice. threw it in there and went to sleep like a mad bro. went online to order and saw both models were OOS.

woke up this morning and pulled it out to see if it was working, success. i got lucky. love the phone. also, someone mentioned you can get a bigger battery? where and how? only thing i've seen is the big bulky case that has a battery built into the case.

I haven't seen any improved battery cell that drops in.

Ohhh sorry I see what you mean the only one confirmed for the nexus 4 is the unsightly seidio case. Hopefully as its popularity exploded something will come along but the problem is it uses a battery with a small ribbon cable instead of straight contacts.

Figure a lot of people will try to resell on eBay.

That likely fubars warranty, my bet is on places that didn't drop prices and still have inventory being forced to dump them when the 5 comes out.
