Nexus 2: The Gods Awaken Kickstarter

They launched a Kickstarter project for Nexus 2. It looks pretty good and frankly I'm really looking forward for some quality space games. They don't have a huge funding goal and I reckon they'll reach it, especially if we help spread the word.

So I'm in.

Now if only we could get another Homeworld...

But damn, that $10,000 pledge level. Main character modeled to look like you, you go to the studios to do the voiceovers for your own unique game where YOU are really the hero.

LOL I thought I was still in the Mobile Devices forum and I was all ready to come in here and rip Google for asking us to fund the next Nexus...

I will keep an eye on this game, but I have no idea if I will actually like it or not, so for now not pledging.

Maybe so but many kickstarter-like projects tend to peak and trough with their income amounts as the public become more aware of the project.

Also, there are people who wait for the project to raise a certain amount before pledging. Others will be waiting for payday to be able to pledge their amounts. It's a few weeks too early to say that they're not going to make their goal, they've only been going 4-5 days
