Nexus 10 - Purchase Help

Hi all...wanted to get quick feedback regarding a pristine condition Nexus 10. A co-working is selling his Nexus 10, 16GB, excellent condition with all accessories and box. Asking price is $150.

I've been test driving it over the course of this weekend, seems to do all the things I need it for (Gmail, Netflicks, web). I know the technology is two years old and the only issue I do not care for is the Auto light sensor...its picky but no biggie.

I currently have a Nexus 7 (2013) 32GB as well and will be getting a iPad Air 2 if the specs have 2GB ram (personal choice).

So my question is (not considering my needs or overkill of tablets) what would you offer instead of $150?

You already have a Nexus 7, and you're getting an iPad Air 2. Why exactly do you need a Nexus 10? I would keep that $150 in my wallet for a more worthwhile purchase.
