Nextel... STOP CALLING US!

My god!!!

We get called here at work about 4-5 times a day from nextel reps trying to sell their service....

WE DONT WANT IT.

We tell them were not interested yet they insist on calling all day. Do they do this to anyone else?

Does Verizon have a legitimate reason to call you (you're a current customer or inquired about their services?).

If not, ask them to put you on their DO NOT CALL list. Always write down the name, extension/operator or badge ID, and city they're calling from.

Also ask to speak with a manager (not a work lead or supervisor but a manager) and ask them if they've ever heard of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act? Offer to fax it to them.
