Nextel Service gets a full 10/10 from me A+

my blackberry was pretty beat up and last week I stopped getting signal. i took it to the closest service store and got a new antenna. Still no dice. After some very friendly technical support on the phone It was determined to be a hardware issue. Friday afternoon, I went to the regional service store and dropped off my broken blackberry. I got a loaner for the weekend. And come monday(today) I picked up a brand new blackberry no hassle no fuss.

I think that Nextel's service has always been pretty good. Sprint's, not so much, but I think it's gotten better since the Nextel merger.
