nextel data cable help plz

i bought a data cable for my nextel i530 so i could backup the phone book in it, and because a friend of mine has a cd w/ about 2000 ringtones on it for i530/i730/i95 phones - but how do i transfer the ringtones to the disk and how do i backup the phonebook

i tried to locate some drivers or software but google is giving up no good answers... anyong got a solution?
 
You need software. Did you get the serial or USB cable? I prefer the serial. Also did you get OEM or e-bay? I prefer OEM. Oh well your money.

But yah, you need some sort of software. I use myJal, webJal, iJal and a few others. Those are all almost the same type of software, just your preference.
