Aaah. I ususally try to stay away, but I have no choice in this case.

Well, they get on the phone right away, you generally don't have to wait more than a minute. However, the advice they give you is completely FUBAR'd.

There's no way you will ever be able to verify what country you're calling, unless the CSR tells you. Some agencies are specifically instructed not to divulge their location in any way at all.
