Next Intel price cut?

My friend is going to build a new computer. He wants an Intel cpu. Anyone knows when is the the next Price cut for Intel chips?

I would like to get a new Dell at the end of the month because of the price cuts and Dell's business quarter ends the last week of January. Does anyone think Dell will be able to react fast enough to the 1/27 price cuts to have it reflected in their prices from the 27th to the 31st? 😕

Dont count on it, they'll probably just give out printers or free CD-RW/DVD upgrades.

I would expect AMD to follow Intel to stay competitive.
