Next credit card....

It's only 7 weeks or so into 2005, but I'm already most of the way towards getting over my 300$ limit for rewards on my Citi Dividend Platinum card....

Shopping for a new credit card. I currently only have the Citicard and my bank card (which I never use)

Currently looking at
Amex Blue Cash
Chase Perfectcard

unfortunatley, my credit history is only a few years old so I'm pretty much limmited to "student cards" and I don't know what cards I will actually be successful applying for....

What do you guys reccomend?

which citi card? if you don't have dividend card, you MUST get it. 5% gas/grocery and 1% everything else.

I do, and that's my problem.... They're gunna cut me off soon, probably mid-may with the 300$ a year earnable cashback limit 😉

i like blue cash for it's extended warranty thing that amex has. i think they double the warranty for a lot of purchases, then there are the accident protection and the return guarantee... i like amex.

From AMEX site:
Please note: Customer service representatives cannot enroll you in special offers via the phone. If you are applying for a special offer through an e-mail or online promotion, you must apply through the special URL link provided in the solicitation or website to receive the bonus.

anyone know any?

i can't think of any card with a specific promotion. i think some websites pay you for signing up for blue cash but i don't know if they are reputable. the only thing i can think of is the stupid bankone amazon card with $30 GC.
