Hey guys, I'm thinking about building a new rig. I want to stick with Intel -- I've used ASUS and MSI mobos before, and have been happy with them -- however I have not done much OC'ing with them. Im looking for a processor / mobo combo that are good for oc'ing -- as well as ram. Which brands of mobo/ram tend to be the best -- which type of processor is good?

OC Choices for Intel Platform:

1. motherboard: any i875P chipset from Abit, Asus or DFI
2. CPU: 2.4C, 2.8C, 3.0E
3. ram: Geil PC4000 Ultra Platinum, OCZ 4200 "EL" are my top two but you can always go for any PC4200 or PC4400 from Kingston and Corsair.
4. watercooling. if using fan, there's only one choice for cpu heatsink - thermalright's heatsink with heatpipe technology such as SP-94.
