Are newsgroups a good way of getting mp3's? If so, which ones should I be looking in? So far I've yet to find good groups that have new singles and such.

Thoughts?

just like the recent rock tracks...... a group that specializes in that.

I heard from this one guy one time on some street in this one place by a bridge that you can get mp3s from usenet. I didn't know what he was talking about though.

alt.binaries.recent.rock.tracks ?

Maybe your ISP doesn't carry that one...

Funny, if this was a Kazaa thread the OP would have been flamed and there would have been a plethora of I B T L posts. I guess piracy isn't the problem with Kazaa. The problem is that Kazaa isn't geek enough 😉 Who knew.

Edit: You know, it would really be nice if this stupid forum software would actually tell you what forbiden words are in your post instead of just leaving you to guess.
