newsgeroup question

im using grabit to dl something that should be .rar files

but when it is finished they are all text files

i gettting messages like article not found, or article not on server

im using verizons server, yesterday i was using usenet with no problem?

Verizon's server probably just sucks compared to Usenet's and things are incomplete.

i have fios and am using news.verizon.net

im using a nzb search engine to find the files

so basically i would need usenet to start dling files again?

the file i clicked said a.b.dvdr

this is in my verizon groups so why woulnt it work?

probably old nzb and u need to make new one.

or the articles you are trying to download has expire on verizon news server

i have already dled about 3 full dvd-rs with usenet its not that hard

im just curious why it wouldnt work with verizon
