I don't see how it's possible for him to really clinch unless a lot of superdelegates delcared early. But if so, good, this whole thing is getting pretty tiresome.

I agree. As much as I dislike McCain, I would still attend a speech of his if given the opportunity and the timing was convenient enough.

actually i was wrong its not Fox. its the AP. once the lady on Fox was corrected about the possibliity of Obama clinching. they changed the story.

what i want to know is how AP can claim it?

The questions the justices were asking when the case was presented seem to indicate they are leaning to a ruling favorable to gun rights. How far they go will be the real question.
