In a major surprise on the politically charged new health care law, the Obama administration said Friday that it would not define a single uniform set of "essential health benefits" that must be provided by insurers for tens of millions of Americans. Instead, it will allow each state to specify the benefits within broad categories.
I think this will be troublesome especially in my State with a Radical Right Wing Governor who will have the potential ability to end Healthcare for the poor and also end the HIRSP plan in my State which cover people with a pre existing condition.
I wonder if this change in one of the most contentious issues with the Right Wing will appease them?
