News Flash:
REDMOND (PNC) -
Microsoft Corporation (MSFT-NYSE) today announced sharply lower 3rd quarter earnings projections based on flat sales of it's Windows2000 and IIsi server products.
Industry insiders attribute this to an exodus of customers to other more secure and stable platforms following the "Code Red" debacle.
Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates could not be reached for comment. He was last reported gnawing the carpet of his Redmond office and shrieking something about a "thousand year Reich".
