News Feeds from Review Sites?

I wanted to write a program in php for a web site that I'm working on that will grab news feeds from computer news and review sites, display the headlines and catch phrase on a page and I can click on ones that I find interesting to display as links on my page.

I can do that, but my question is, where are the RSS feeds? How does a site like Anandtech do it. Is it automated or is someone acutally taking the time to lookup and enter in the news? If not do they come from RSS feeds or is it a parsed program?
