Last I checked the current drebel has an optional battery grip as well. I love the one I got for my Elan.
 
dpreview.com eos 300d guys are very excited. i tend to agree. canon definitely listened to all our complaints about the feature sets being their on the rebel, but only being able to use them using a firmware hack to unlock them (mirror lockup, AI servo, etc). This looks like a good fit for a replacement rebel w/out infringing too much on the 20d. and it comes in black!
