Just got a new amd 4000, Msi Neo2 Platinum and ocz plat rev2's in the mail today. Plugged everything together and everything booted up great. Windows installed quick and didnt even require sata drivers?! But once windows XP with Sp2 was done installing and all drivers were installed, I noticed the Audiology 2 value card was not taking the drivers, its in devise manager as multimedia devise and im positive im using the correct drivers. Secondly in devise manager my photosmart printer is showing up by name yet when i install its drivers the installation step where it says to plug in the printer, with the huge old school plug, nothing happens and the install says it cannot communicate with the printer? Not to mention my MX1000 laser mouse sometimes is not recognized and I just unplug and replug the usb connect and that usually fixes it, but wtf. Help

Have you installed the USB 2.0 drivers from your motherboard CD? It sounds as if maybe you haven't. Also, have you installed ANY motherboard drivers?

If you're using any external (ie not directly connected to your motherboard) USB ports, doublecheck to make sure that you connected them to the mobo properly.

Finally, for your audio card, make sure that you've actually ENABLED it in the BIOS (some of them come disabled).

Check in the device manager to see if there are any exclamation points or question marks in your Universal Serial Bus Controllers section. There should at least be a USB Root Hub, USB 2.0 Root Hub and several other controllers in there. If there aren't, then that's likely to be your culprit.

And yes, there ARE USB 2.0 drivers, and if you don't install them you can see some funky stuff. :)
Your motherboard CD should have the USB 2.0 drivers on them, otherwise go to their website and check. (or contact their tech support to send them to you)
