ok, pc was working fine after i built it and loaded windows, did a burn in for 24hours then took it home where it sat in a box for a week. Took it out to set it up it powers up POST's but no video.

Did the following:
Reseated ram, video card, ALL cables
tried another, power supply, hard drive, ram

Any ideas?

Troubleshooting ideas: unplug the HDD, you don't need it.

If it POSTs a regular one-beep, typically that means the CPU and RAM are working.

You could try one stick of RAM at a time to be sure.

when you say POST's but no video, does that mean you can see it POST but after that you get nothing?

Maybe try a different video connector? If you are using HDMI, try DVI or VGA? Or maybe even another monitor just to see.

Hmmm ... a 2500k and a 560GTX with a 500w power supply?

May be cutting it pretty close power wise.
But yeah if it posts but you do not get any type of screen then it is likely just a video connection somewhere.
