Newly built comp wont POST. Please help

I am building a computer with these specs:

Athlon XP 1900+ 1.6 GHz
2x Crucial 256MB PC2100
Soltek 75-SLDRV2 Mobo
Leadtek Winfast GeForce3 Titanium 500
Sound Blaster Audigy Gamer Retail

Iwill SIDE-RAID100

I have a couple of problems.
When I connect my monitor cable to my vid card I get no picture. The fan on my vid card is spinning so it seems to be getting power. The lights on my keyboard dont come on either. Another interseting note is that I have gotten into the mobo BIOS before, but now I cant. When I got into the BIOS the keyboard lights flashed during POST. Any suggestions?

I cant get my RAID setup to work. Here how I have it set. DVD and CD-RW are set to master on the motherboard (Master for first and second channel respectively). I have my RAID card in my second PCI slot. I have HDD1 and HDD2 set to master. Both have individual IDE channels on the RAID card. So to sum up, I have four master devices, and each seems to have an individual IDE channel. Another problem is that I cant get into the RAID cards BIOS. I hit ctrl-h like it says but nothing happens. The HDDs that are connect through the RAID card do not show up in the mobo BIOS. Any suggestions?

Is that Mobo XP ready? if not you may have to throw in an older T-bird or a Duron CPU to update the bios to hand the XP CPU
