I've been sitting here listening to the latest Major Nelson podcast this morning at work, and he is interviewing the guy who leads the team that deals with feedback on Live. I thought some of you would be interested, as this guy talks about how they deal with people who frequently submit feedback, people who submit pointless feedback, what it takes for feedback to affect you, and a host of other stuff.
It's the first interview you come to, which is probably about 15-20 minutes into the podcast. The first part deals with the Live problems over the past few days, to which they don't give really any detailed info on what the problem was, just that they weren't sitting on their hands during the holiday break.
