Newest Logitech optical software and Win XP Pro

I installed the newest logitech optical software for Win XP Pro a few days ago. After the required reboot the computer come up in Windows Classic Style!!! Augggaaa! I uninstall the update but XP still stuck in Classic Style. Tried to restore system to earlier time (day before) system restore fails!!!! Auggaaaa!!!!! Under Display Properties , Appearance tap, Windows and buttons, The ONLY option is Windows Classic Style!!!!! Help!!!! Any one know what the logitech software screwed up! Thanks in advance for the replys.
