Newest ghetto trend that's annoying me

Everyone get this right... For those without straight hair oil has to be applied to ones own head. With European people the oil travels more quickly through the hair (to keep their head warm). In those of African descent the oil takes MUCH longer. Have you ever heard a black woman say she only washes her hair once a week? That's why. Doo rags are a means of keeping the oil on ones scalp and not on their pillow (and then face). It probably morphed into a style because it's generally worn to bed. It also serves as a means to supplant baseball caps, and even worn with caps to keeps them fresh, so to speak.

I don't know why anyone would tape a cell phone to their head. It sounds pretty stupid to me. Some "ghetto" culture is stupid... I'll give you that. But alot of it is there for a specific reason.

I've seen a lot more ghetto people with bluetooth headpieces, but never actually attached to their head. lol

Naw dog....a "dew" rag is what I use to clean up soda spills with. On my head, I wear a "doo" rag to maintain my doo and my waves....and to hold my cell phone at the mall! 🙂
