Neweggs return policy for flat panels?

What's up with the policy that you can only return if you have 8 or more dead pixels? Where is a good place to order a flat panel, that has a good return policy?
 
8 is a lot, but I've never heard of anyone having more than 1 or 2. And in all honesty, you'll probably never notice 1 or 2. I have 1 one my Viewsonic in the upper right corner and I can't even tell it's there, and can only see it with a white background. Even then I don't notice it unless I really look for it so I wouldn't worry too much about them.
 
Because they'd lose too much money from people returning LCDs with 1-2 bad pixels.

If they wanted to offer a "no bad pixels" policy they'd have to raise all of the LCD prices much higher, and then you'd say they charge too much and buy elsewhere.
 
I think the best place with the best return policy would have to be Wal-Mart. You can return anything there for cash or store credit. Its all good.
