Now my logic would be to have them price match the 2600k at microcenter which is CURRENTLY 279.99

Then if you get a poor overclocking chip, return it, and get another one. Rinse and repeat until you are satisfied!

looks like microcenter isn't a major retailer for this promotion so I don't think that will work.

I have a feeling it will work, I am going to try with customer service, just need to get some more funds available first :)

I will update you guys and let you know what they said. I didn't see that micro center wasn't on there list, but maybe it will still work. Here is to trying =D

um why bother with the 2600k when they will have the 2500k for 150

but it wont work mc is not a major e-tailer
