Newegg's coming up in the world...

I know that we all know Newegg is excellent for what they do, but i always thought of it as a net thing. Imagine my surprise when i was coming home the other day, and i saw a city bus covered with an add for Newegg. Maybe other people have seen this in other cities before, but i was just a lil shocked to see this in New Orleans, of all places.

LOL. I was at IHOP a couple weeks ago at night and saw a dude with one of their black Newegg shirts talking super geeky with his group of equally geeky friends. Too bad I probably would have fit right in on the computer topics.

so do companies still send out free tshirts ? I dont look at the hot deals forum anymore..

but I got like 10 tshirts that I all the time as undershirts.. for nothing but my address, back in the dot com boom days. cisco (several), 3com, ibm and my favorite a black XP Professional shirt (though i dont even use windows anymore)
oh and my paypal shirt some kind AT member/paypal employee sent me

Man, I'd be surprised to see it in NO as well. I've seen lots of buses here in NYC with their ads, though.
