Saw a Newegg advertisement on a bus here recently in NJ.

Just bought something today from them and realized they charge tax to NJ customers.

This sucks :frown:

Where were you 4 months ago when everyone was complaining about this?

I saw a guy wearing a black Newegg T-shirt at the Champaign, IL. Golds Gym while I was working out on Monday.

I ordered something yesterday and noticed they still do not charge tax in IL.

anyone notice that their ads are incredibly dull? it looks like they just did a PrintScreen of their homepage :p

maybe it goes along with their image. no fluff, just good deals :D

I'm starting to notice a lot of mostly internet based businesses are getting some serious marketing.

BTW: Movie theater advertising isn't that expensive. I put my aquarium maintenance biz on a local theater for $150 = 12 impressions.

Bastards @ Newegg, 2 of the dozen or so refurbs I've gotten from them didn't work, I had to go to all the trouble to RMA it the manufacturer & they replaced it for me...

Oh wait, I like Newegg:D

I've noticed a couple of newegg ads in newsweek (stupid class in high school that we have to take about current issues, as if I don't already keep up with stuff)

Hopefully their marketing doesn't raise the prices, because that would definitely suck :(
