Apparently Newegg has just raised the price of the Intel X25-M 80G (retail) to $299? I think it was around $225 not long ago. I was trying to decide between an Intel and an OCZ when I noticed this. (Hope I'm mistaken or that it is a typo, but this is May 1).

As the recent reviews have pointed out, the OCZ SSDs are showing better performance, but at a premium price of around $4/GB.
Could it be that Intel is thinking "If OCZ can get $4/GB, we'll raise our price to $3.75/GB"?
