Newegg won't send me a reset password link

I requested it two hours ago and haven't received it yet. Requested another one 30m ago and didn't get that one, either.

I guess Newegg doesn't want any money.

Are you sure you used the right e-mail address? It'll say it sent you a link even if the e-mail address isn't a newegg account.

Yea, I did. For the hell of it, tried to signup a new account with it, says the email is in use.
