*sigh* but i had my day planned around me getting ahold of them. Making a Post Office run on the way to the mall, and gotta ship back some defective RAM...but need an RMA # First

Last week and week before I tried calling them about 5 times every day. Every single day, every single call - all I got was busy signals. I don't know whats going on but Newegg sucks lately

I have moved to ZipZoomFly from New Egg.

Why did i do this?

New Egg uses UPS
ZipZoomFly uses Fed Ex

New Egg charges extra for 3 day UPS shipping on most items
ZipZoomFly gives you free Fed Ex 2 day on most items

ZipZoomFly ships orders out as fast as New Egg.
ZipZoomFly charges slightly less than New Egg on most items.
