newegg, tell me what to get

From newegg what should I get?

I want either 1.6A processor or a 2.23ghz P4 --- I can make that decission.
What mobo in each chipset category .. 845E 845G and sis? I want it to be cheap and I want it to overclock. I dont care about onboard video or lan or sound. RAID is a 0sum thing for me. Nice but dont wana pay more. Minimal and cheap is what I want.

What ram do I pair with the 1.6 and what ram do I pair with a 2.23. Keep overclocking inmind please. If I go 1.6 then futureproofing the thing is much more important for a future cpu upgrade.

Please help I am stuck. Have been looking at the same newegg pages for a month now and just dont know.

do you want to run memory ratios @ 400ddr? ...or do you want to try for 166fsb?
any manufacturer preference?
what will this computer be used for?

I will use it for everything games and school.

I will use my roommates old Ti500 untill better comes out.

So Asus P4B266-C. Now will someone just look at the newegg site and tell me (recomend) what ram to go after. 2700, 3000, 3200? I know I want 512mb. but Dont understand which ram to get. OCZ corshair, etc? help

I assume the 845g would be good with the 1:1 memory ratio it has but then I get confused. Because I honestly dont understand the difference between 1:1 3:4 and 4:3 memory ratios.

well if u get a 1.6a and reach a FSB of 166 then get pc2700 ram samsung would be good for this.

1:1 means the FSB and the ram are running at the same sped
3:4 means if the fsb is 150 the ram is running at 150/.75 =200
4:3 means if the fsb is 150 the ram is running at 150/1.3 =112
